The India Travel Awards were built on a straightforward conviction — that the people and organisations driving India's travel and tourism industry deserve to be recognised, celebrated, and given a stage that reflects the scale of their contribution. Held as a single national ceremony each year, the India Travel Awards ensure that excellence from every part of the country finds its moment on one shared stage. The awards are proudly supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and leading trade bodies, including PATA, OTOAI, TAFI, IAAI, and ADTOI.

The India Travel Awards ceremony is a black-tie gala with a formal sit-down dinner — an evening designed to honour the industry's finest in the manner they deserve. Before the awards begin, an exclusive networking event brings together winners and guests, creating an ideal setting for professionals to connect with fellow stalwarts from across the country.

Nomination Process
Winning Process
Winners are determined by a combination of public online voting and a decision by the jury — ensuring that the final results reflect both industry-wide recognition and expert evaluation.
1. Online voting will be live from 1 September 2026.
2. The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of India Travel Awards.
3. Voting dates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. India Travel Awards reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time.
5. India Travel Awards reserves the right to disqualify votes where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent voting or any attempt to manipulate the results.
6. India Travel Awards, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries, and/or agencies accept no responsibility for any technical failure, malfunction, or disruption — including issues with internet connectivity, servers, or systems — that may result in votes being lost or not properly registered.
7. The decision of the India Travel Awards in relation to all voting matters is final.
8. India Travel Awards reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website — visitors are encouraged to review these terms each time they wish to vote.
Rules of Entry
● All entries must be travel and tourism products or services that serve the public or the industry.
● A business is eligible to enter if it has been operational in its current form for at least 12 months at the time of applying.
● Entrants for the New Hotel or New Resort categories are eligible if the property opened within the 12 months preceding the application date.
● If an entry relates to a specific project, that project must have been completed and fully implemented at the time of applying.
● Internet or technology-based products must have been operational for at least 12 months at the time of applying.
● India Travel Awards reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.
● All entry forms must be completed in English and submitted online by the published closing date. Only complete entries will be considered.
